We're on the last day of our 6-day workout challenge for the little ones to exercise their bodies.

For the sixth day of these daily workouts, kids will do a routine to close the challenge in the best way possible! To make sure that the little ones are healthy, they can do this amazing full body routine to burn fat over their whole bodies, since it's crucial that they get free of any layer of fat that could be accumulated over their bodies. It's really important that kids burn fat, because fat tissues are capable of causing many health issues throughout their development.
