My health and fitness is long term, so I mad long term, realistic goals. My diet and fitness routine doesn't look like other because it's adjusted to my life and needs. I have to remind myself this alot.

Apparently you changed my life. Before I used to eat a lot of proceeded foods, sleep less, never exercise, moody, obese. But after finding your channel, it changed course of my life. I have more stamina, fit it into my old clothes, sleep more and most importantly I've got dimples ☺ 😊. I've look better both from inside and outside. You're like a fairy godmother to me. Thanks a lot Anna. Those workouts are a blast 🙌 💪.

I think just doing cardio is fine as long as you do it in moderation :) obviously if you want to really transform your body you’ll need a lot more than cardio but if you’re just trying to be healthier in general without a massive commitment cardio is 👌

Doing just cardio is not necessarily a mistake…it just depends on what your goals
are.

Doing just cardio has worked well for me. Granted, I'm not trying to build muscle, just be healthier and slim down, but it isn't quite a "mistake".

Cardio is undoubtedly good for you, if that’s what you want to do. There’s nothing wrong with it and it can help increase the margins of your calorie deficit when cutting. Again, skipping meals isn’t necessarily a terrible thing either if that’s how you want to go about getting a calorie deficit. Neither of those two are “mistakes” if done reasonably.
