Also NEVER EVER drink loads of water BEFORE working out . Trust me on this, the muscle cramps gon make u see hell . Instead drink lightly

I made the heavy food mistake but with water.
You know, when you drink a lot of water and then you start exercise and you feel all the water going everywhere in your stomach😂

Wow… I just started back up at the gym two weeks ago and I’ve been doing static stretching beforehand. Just did research and ur right, it says static should be after ur workout!! Thanks for the lesson and potentially saving my muscles :)

I do static stretching before my workout for like 15 mins and then do some cardio like stair walks or walking/jogging to warm up even more

I don’t usually do like just a small snack cause that burns off to quickly and then my blood sugar gets low and “oh look at that the floor I’m going down help” basically it’s better I don’t not realize my blood sugar is low and end up fainted in the middle of a gym so I eat a few carbs and sugar not a lot just enough I can work out. Helps if you have any sort of issue with blood sugar.
