Great VEGAN Ramen in Kyoto? UZU

Of the 33,000 ramen shops in Japan, only a handful have vegan options. UZU in Kyoto is one of them.

As a non-vegan, I'm always curious about how good vegan ramen can get. UZU is run by the same company behind TeamLab, known for their digital art exhibits. Can they make good ramen though? And good vegan ramen? Let's find out!

we ate there last year when we went to Kyoto for the Noma popup. It was nice (something different) but it was not our favorite, there are so many other shops in Kyoto that are way better, but still worth a visit. Love your videos Frank:)
