So, let me get this straight. After a day of eating and a night of bar hopping, the defendant wants us to believe the plaintiff came into the basement, smashed a beer bottle, went upstairs, and had some kind of meltdown and was sprawled out on the floor. After all this, knowing the plaintiff was drunk, having a hissy fit, and violent, the defendant thought the best possible thing to do was to get down and "baby" her.

I'm very skeptical, and I'm dying to hear how the defendant explains the injuries that required a four hour hospital visit.

Oh, and the plaintiff is sort of proving she can't control herself with her interruptions.

Wow. I remember my older brother telling me about a thanksgiving when my father, who I was estranged with at the time, starts yelling at his father for falling down. He had diabetic feet. And everyone in the family starts trying to stop him and they’re all drunk. lol I grew up watching my family do stupid things on thanksgiving and it always involves too much alcohol

That argument had nothing to do with the Plaintiff simply having her photo taken with the niece's boyfriend(as she insinuated in Part 1). She tried to make it sound as if the Defendant was mad he put his arm around her during the photo. It's either because of the alcohol or because of some underlying trust issues. This whole case is boring and should have been written off as "family holiday drama". Why take it to court on national television? Everyone looks ridiculous and like a bunch of drunks.
