Complete jerk. The bill of sale probably stated $100 to help HIM avoid substantially more sales tax etc. but the agreement between them would have been very clear, especially since he paid the $300 for so long. To try to use a loophole to stiff your own grandmother, who's on pension, is repugnant. I hope the rest of the Camille shuns him until he apologizes
