The following question isn't related to the feature discussed in the video, so I apologize for that. However, I've asked around in groups and on other social platforms but haven't gotten a single useful response. I hope what I'm about to say/ask will be taken into consideration: In JAWS when we enable echo of typed words, other keystrokes are also being read out. For example, Windows d, enter, escape etc. Can we just set JAWS to simply announce type words and not the other keys that're pressed? Hope this question made sense. Please look into ading this feature. I just want words to be read out as I type. Since enabling echo typed words also makes JAWS read aloud every single key, I have no other choice but to always keep it off.
