Very interesting topic! I didn't even realise there was a difference between Munchausen syndrome and malingering... in a way they are quite similar because the person does want to get something out of faking their symptoms, whether it's monetary compensation or sympathy/attention. Will you be making a video on Munchausen by proxy? I recently watched a Netflix documentary where a family was falsely accused of it and it was quite intriguing.
