Explain how a diagnosis of ASPD who is in fact a psychopath. States the opposite of these notions. He says they have empathy but it's muted not absent all together, and only applies to a handful of people they actually like. He has real relationships with family and a wife who he talks openly about his disorder with. He also has empathy towards animals as he says "animals mean no harm and have no agency."

Then every person is a psychopath. People show no remorse or empathy depending on the group or said person. This is why children laugh at other children when they cry when they bully them because everyone by "Clininal Psychiatry" is a psychopath. The difference then is who is more likely to be given the dsm. That difference is determined mainly by wich child belongs at the top of the social heiarchy and wich child does not. Quite often it is the bullied child that is give a dsm for expressing any negative emotions then into adulthood because of the abuse they were demanded by the school the teachers they then get labeled psychopathic meanwhile the bullies who still remain the same rarely get a dsm let alone a psychopathic disorder. Because heiarchy matters more and the weak are easy targets for psychiatrist and the Pharmaceutical corporations

I liked what someone else said about (at least some of) them perhaps having something like cognitive empathy and understanding people but lacking in compassionate empathy where they won’t go to help when it matters most

Low empathy doesn't always mean someone's "evil" I have low empathy due to autism, I have trouble understanding and recognizing the emotions of people. I don't understand body language and I push boundaries without realizing it, but I still understand. The other people have emotions and I try my best to be polite and kind to people.

I myself am not a psychopath though, but you still shouldn't demonize them. Many psychopaths live normal lives without affecting the people around the negatively

Actually, psychopaths can experience empathy — they just a have a selective, strategic form of it. They might feel a "little something" fro certain individuals, but only when it suits in their needs. It's not that they have empathy, they just use it differently. They just have enough empathy to understand you, but not enough to care.

One way how I found out how to stop a psychopath?. Is to become extremely aggressive yourself, they lack empathy for one personality that they run into a brick wall?. Is aggression and their planet and their mind and in their world they are like a parasite the world is a dominant of wars. But when they meet their match?, you have to show Psychopaths towards aggression you cannot sympathize with them they lack emotions but one thing that scares them the most?. Is anger and aggression that slows them down some of them don't deal with another human being that has aggression.

And another weakness of a psychopath is that they are constantly paranoid they are constantly looking for the weak that's why I consider them to be a parasite. Also other parasites are grifters, the people that always tried to please you I believe the sociopaths they're also parasites once you can distinguish certain personalities because at the end of the day?. Psychopaths and sociopaths they do have personalities it's just empathy and sympathy is not one of them but they're easy to dominate if they feel like they're dominating you in any conversation?. Or in any other Behavior then you will find yourself in a lot of trouble that's why aggression keeps them at Bay because they're not used to that and even if they do they don't know if you're just like them so that makes them paranoid.

Not to freak anyone out, but it’s not that psychopaths (primary) don’t let other people’s emotions get in the way, it’s that they don’t let their own emotions get in the way. Often they caretake other’s emotions because that allows them to hold onto them longer or use them in whatever function. For instance, some ppl might hate the idea that anyone would think they were poor, maybe it feels shameful or something, but, “I don’t care if someone thinks I’m poor as long as they’ll foot the bill. And I’ll make sure they know how grateful I am of their amazing generosity.” ~ some psychopath probably

Many people who virtue signal about psychopathy being harmful would go out of there way to kill another out in the wilderness whome they already considered inferior. The only reason many people dont act on there closed behind doors desires is because the laws. All that virtue signaling morality equality human life has value all lives matter would go out the door for many if they were in an area where they did not worry about the law. Many whiteknight for human nature but wouldn't practice what they preach in the wilderness many do not now as well but it's to a lessened degree
