*If you're a trainer at a major gym franchise, and you're willing to chat about it in a video, let me know in the comments!*

What's up guys! Jeff from Sorta Healthy here! In today's video we'll be talking about a bunch of different things.

We'll be talking about increasing your prices as a personal trainer, getting raises as a personal trainer, why you need to get paid more each year, and many of our own upcoming plans here at Sorta Healthy Trainer Education.

If you're not getting paid more each year as a trainer, you're losing money. There's a few reasons why that's the case, but it mostly comes down to inflation.

There are right and wrong ways to go about raising your prices or getting a raise though, and in this video we'll be covering the best ways to get that necessary pay bump. While never easy, raising your prices as a personal trainer doesn't have to be a painful thing. It's something that should lose you few, if any clients. Of course, that's where these tips come in!

Thanks for the support guys! We really appreciate it!

Hey Jeff! Thanks for all your help this past year. I work for LA Fitness in Austin TX. There’s good, bad, and ugly. I would be very grateful to share my experience to help others not get cheated on promotion and learn how to be as successful as possible if working at LA Fitness. Let me know if you’d like to chat

Thanks Jeff. I've been at LA Fitness in NJ since September after passing NASM. Worked 5 years at NYSC about 20 years ago. A lot of thoughts I would share

Hey Jeff, if you are interested in getting feedback from trainers who have worked as private contractors within private training facilities in addition to big box gyms, let me know. I’ve been running my own personal training business privately for 3+ years now and have had experience working in Self Made Training Facilities as well as other privately owned gyms
