love the video! i work for an ISP - i would say our main troubleshooting issues are mainly on the LAN side! telling the customer to swap out a new cable.. or sending engineers to recrimp a cable! or reboot :D my favourite issue was a rat got into the comms room and chewed through some cables :D or there was snow on top of the radio and i told the customer to brush the snow off and the connection came back :D
