I would say the mental game is worse for people who have the heebie-jeebies with needles than a papsmear,

BUT, I had a mole removed and that was the same amount of heebie jeebies. In fact, the mole was more annoying because the healing was more annoying. My three breast biopsies were definitely tender, but healed a lot quicker than my mole removals
