Synthetic telepathy was used on me in 2013, and 2016. In 2016 they let me know they were doing it as retaliation for my excessive secrecy and lack of regular social media use. In other words, if the security agencies deem you a threat, they will read your mind. The military is decades ahead of universities. If you are a loner with a personality disorder, anti-social tendencies, isolated and resentful of mainstream, you are a target. You have to be because Timothy Mcveigh, etc were all like that. They don’t want anymore incidents like that, and thanks to brain decoding, supercomputers, and neural dust (as a microchip) they can try to prevent “incidents” when their algorithms pick up a potential actor. They will get you committed or drive you to suicide, or play god and tell you to stand down (inception). However, sometimes people like that are selected to be a patsy, and either allowed to or incepted to carry out terrorism. Then they can say, “look, we need more surveillance powers and individual rights curtailment!”
