Suspicion of criminal conduct should not be applied to everyone. There must be a reasonable suspension of a crime and warrant to take away our rights to privacy, which is the same as freedom of speech. Our privacy includes our speech. This is wrong!

I have said it many times but the solution is to provide section 230 protections to platforms that do not edit or use algorithms to promote or restrict content but only remove or block illegal content. All the rest lose sec 230 protections. This allows new or small platforms to compete with large and established platforms while keeping illegal activity to a minimum and restricts or eliminates promotion, shadow bans and manipulation of content and how it is viewed. Viewers/user can decide what they want to see or not see by subscribing to or blocking content or sources they want or not.
