JUST 59 seconds to Create This Surreal Artwork - Lazy Photoshop Tutorial

In this lazy photoshop tutorial I will show you the process of creating a surreal artwork. We will use the following techniques:
- Object selection to delete the background in Photoshop
- Outer Glow to create white glowing eyes
- HSL/HSB filters to create fantasy colors in Photoshop
- Brightness adjustment layer to create light effect

This artwork was created using Adobe Photoshop 2022. It is one of my latest surreal artworks.
