So, The thing I experienced personally is 95% companys looks for your skills, projects and yoiur portfolio and for mostly designing jobs most of the companies will ask you to complete a assignment( depends on the company ) some will see your desiging skills of they really focusing on desiging or else your problem solving skills through designs and if you are able to fulfil that you are in. The myth is you have to get a degree from tier 1 college or whatever. Come on your degree won't do thier job but your skills will so please stop complaiing about the college and try to develop your skills.Thank you!
