I did it! When YouTube Shorts was first introduced, there's was a very small amount of Shorts, and when you scrolled enough of shorts (iirc 150) You can be at the bottom of the shorts with black screen and text "That's all" or something like that. Also there was Automatic Scroll.

The true answer: it doesn’t let you scroll and says “you’re all caught up!” Usually when it happens it’s only after a couple shorts and I have to reload the app
