First flights due to rescue British holidaymakers fleeing Rhodes wildfires

The first repatriation flights are due to arrive on fire-ravaged Rhodes to rescue British holidaymakers stuck in a “living nightmare”.

Airline easyJet will operate two rescue flights totalling 421 seats on Monday and a third on Tuesday, in addition to its nine scheduled flights to the Greek island.

My friend made it back to the UK with his family at 4 am this morning. He was lucky and only had to spend 24 hours at the airport

happened this time last year. It was almost 40C in the UK, few small fires in farm fields, nothing too bad. Greece had a massive fire. One year on, Greece is having another fire.

Why don't you milk this story for all you're worth?
