Under the rings does not require much stability at all. You mostly stabilize at the top of the rings.

And you can train fuckin everywhere. I train every day in parks, forests, street workout parks, soccer fields, under bridge. Nomadic training with my rings and my bicycle. I have like 30 places around where I can comfortably train. You meet new people (including old people, kids, teenager bands, homeless dudes: Not mostly self obsessed people that you usually tfbd to meet in gyms) breath fresh hair, take day light on your skin, at some point you do your training shirtless under the hard rain of a thunder while everyone's running away to don't get wet, you very often get used to don't pay about people opinion when you do something uncommon. The routine sounds healthier, more pleasant and as efficient than when I was training all year long in the exact same gym, doing the exact same route, meeting the exact same people, having the exact same physical activity than the norm current norm. Take some bands in your bag in addition to rings and you can train any muscles in any way. Be creative and have fun in trees, on bars, bench, skate parks or whatever you can find that sounds cool to train on.
And about the visible results: I see no noticeable difference between weight lifting at gym for years and rings/bands training for years. Muscular fatigue is muscular fatigue.

I train for smth like 10 years and I don't really have to get motivated to go training every day since the place is always different. I dunno where I'll go, who I'll meet, what will be the wether. It's like playing an open world video game.

You also do some kind of creative improvised movement on rings and stuff. Which is very funny, an awesome warm up and very good to at least train a bit any healthy angle and range which is awesome for general physical condition and abilities

We incousciously tend to think that a place designed for something is the place to do something:
Exercising: Gym
Seducing: Tinder
Eating: Kitchen
Laying down: Bed
Etc..

You can train, seduce, eat or whatever in any street, park, woods, forest, mountain, beach, train station or whatever.

No industry will do effort to promote that to people, because it's free.

Try it :)

The only single con is that sometimes you miss some friends or training acquittance. But you still can go to the gym or the local street workout playground whenever you want

I started incorporating rings into my home gym last spring. I rarely use a barbell now. Weighted ring pullups/dips/pushups have allowed my shoulders to heal. With a bar your shoulders are pinned in place. With rings, your body moves to its most natural position to do the movement.

With both of my hands permanently damaged, watching gym shorts is just depressing

is it only me that finds ring pull ups easier than bar pull ups?

Hey you should move the buckle away from the rings. You may risk breaking them.

ring pull-ups feel extra hard at the bottom point and the highest point.

Try real gymnastics rings where the "rope" is like 2, 5m, the insatbility is insane 😍

Would you say doing ring pull ups is a form of progressive overload? After consistently doing bar pull ups.
