I've said before and I will say again, the only top team England have beaten under Southgate was an ageing and declining Germany team in Euro 2020 when England were at home. Lost twice to Belgium, lost to Croatia in the semis, lost to Italy, lost to France. Teams they beat: Panama, Tunisia, Sweden, Colombia (on penalties), Ukraine, Czech Republic, Croatia (in the first round), Denmark, Serbia plus a few draws against the likes of Slovenia and Scotland.
