Quadruped Robot Leg Prototype

This is a prototype leg for a Quadruped robot that I am working On. The leg consists of two Brushless Motors with 10:1 Gear Reduction. I am soon planning to build the complete robot. The brain of the robot will be a Teensy Microcontroller or an Arduino Microcontroller and an NVIDIA Jetson Nano. The Brushless Motors are N5065 270 kv Brushless Motor controlled by Odrive 24V Motor Controller

I think those motors are little too heavy for this small robot, I would put more work into gearing design to make it 1:25 probably and use 4250 size motors, they are half the weight of 5065

Brushless motor.. are you using a rotary encoder?

Looks nice! What about efficiency? Also are you sure about the gear ratio? If you compare dimensions of the pulleys in a graphics editor, you get 15:1 or something. Of course it is inaccurate method, but the reducer doesn't look like 10:1.

hello dear friend. I like your working. ı want to going to make the two legs robot too. So ı starting focus to this leg mechanism. can you share to me your leg mechanism design files? Maybe you used Solidworks or another prog. I want just your pieces and dimensions of pieces. Or you can tell me the source. Again, I am interested in robotics and software for the first time.
