Master Sushi Chef Hiroyuki Terada shows you here how to make a basic Tuna Tartar. The ingredients are:
-Fresh Tuna
-Hass Avocado
-Quail Egg
-Wasabi Tobiko
Micro Greens
-Orchid Flower Leaf
-Ponzu Sauce

If you choose to make the tuna spicy, you add Sriracha to the fresh tuna for a little kick. Also, you can find the 3" ring online or at a local restaurant supply store, of maybe substitute this ring for a similar plastic tube. The visual on this plate is amazing so be prepared to wow your family and friends.

You got to wonder why someone is watching a video about sushi & doesn't like the idea that the ingredients are raw. I've been eating sashimi & sushi, as well as raw quail & chicken eggs for over 40 years without any problems. I would love to eat at your resturant. Hopefully I'll get a chance one day.Love the videos. Keep them coming.
