Raw Tuna is perfectly fine to eat, but it depends completely on the quality grade of the tuna.

Love coconut milk! Here in Brazil, especialy in northeast, it is very popular in a lot of dishes. Search for "muqueca". Is a fish dish with onions, tomatos, dende oil.. Very, very good and tasty!
