It causes blindness in third world countries without access to surgery. Most areas cataract surgery is readily available, covered majority of major medical plans. A little scare tactic. Cataracts is easily remedied.

This is off topic, but I hope you can cover in a future short video. As you have exercised for most of your life, I am hoping you can provide insight to Tendinosis (versus tendonitis) healing. For us older folks, we are more susceptible to injury and slower healing times. A slowly healing tendon can be very detrimental to an exercise regimen.
