Why can't I ever seem to find the information I need from the prior year? Turbotax should be making a book we can read for all the nuances they do not address online.

Hello…. I bought cd software which I always do…. I had issues ….. I have a MacBook with updated software. Well, every time I was about to submit it saved and disappeared . Second time same thing but took me to state and then rebooted… please advise …. I read online people having issues with cds
