Mumbai needs major investments in upgrading crumbling infrastructure.
An investment of 5-10Billion $ in improving Mumbai's infrastructure would yield 20-25 Billion $ more to India's GDP. China developed when Shanghai, Shenzhen and Hong Kong contributed, If India needs rapid growth then infrastructure issues of Mumbai and link to other Western Cities like Surat, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Thane, MMR region needs to improve rapidly.
