You're not serious. Arusha city is the seventh largest city in East Africa after Nairobi, Addis, Dar, Msa, Kampala, Mwanza, and Kigali in that order. It's far more developed than Kisumu. Kisumu should not feature on the top ten. And FYI Mombasa is far bigger than Kampala and Kigali. Addis Ababa is more developed than Dar. Review this ranking.
