Hi Francis, you are really right of all what you are saying. Teamwork is the best thing they need to keep it going. And if one of you lost a job, another one must be patient and continue loving each other and helping each other. This thing about a woman earning more money it doesn't mean that if your husband is earning less than yours, you have to disrespect him it's so stupid because you can even lost your job as well. You must help each other in cooking and washing up cleaning the house husband.Then your life will be easy.

When I migrate to the UK I was in my worthy my husband ad just retired and he did have no money stall
But because he help to come the UK so I took on the responsibility
He got a very small pension
But I learn to respect my husband
He did not warnt to buy a house so I went and takes out a morgue and I didn't make a fuss we live 20 year's before he pass

Greetings Brother Francis, it's a clash of culture me thinks. While i married my wife here in the states so its hard to speak of wife change of attitude. However western world practice modern marriages while some immigrants especially from Africa and the Caribbean are more traditional.
