dancer jumps high in the air with both legs open horizontally, almost
as if flying.

Allegro - jumps
small jumps - petit allegro, and big jumps - grand allegro.

Petit allegro:
. Sauté - A simple jump landing on two feet
Grand allegro:
. Grand jeté - A large leap from one foot to the other

Grande just means "big"  jeté (ballet movement)
...legs are crossed in the air before the descent; the grand jeté, a broad, high leap with one leg stretched forward and the other back like a “split” in the air; and the jeté en tournant, or tour jeté (“flung turn”), in which the dancer executes a half-turn in the air away from the forward leg before landing on it.

@SukLengWong Thank you for the information! I never knew about her debut as Aurora next season. That's exciting. Akane is already climbing the rank fast and she will be a soloist very soon? I wonder there will be a battle between two Japan-based ladies: Yuhui and Akane... in regards to who will be a successor of Miyako Yoshida.

In the second part, the grand jeté entrelacé, both dancers are turning their head to the back during the preparation of the jump. It is more interesting to keep facing front during those preparatory steps, and change the head fast during the jump. Now they look away from the audiance for 3/4 of the step. Not really polite...or?

What's the right term for the beautiful jump they do at 25'' or 29''? Is that a grand jete tournant or something like that? Anyway, I love it!
