I’d say the deadliest entity is entity 104 also known as photoshop. It can literally crop you out of existence and send you into the void. You better hope there’s a camera somewhere near or you’re doomed

I think that it’s the Hive Queen. I know both of the Wikis don’t have a page for her (yet) but judging by the description of the “Hive” (The level it inhabits) it appears as if The Hive Queen gives birth to (almost) all of the entities in The Backrooms, such as Smilers, Death Moths, and even Skinstealers. And if that’s the case then she must have some form of authority over them.

The deadliest is the librarian on the library floor. She's friendly but nigh omnipotent so she can basically do whatever she wants to you if she felt like it.

“The Jailers” aka “The Sentinels” from Level 611 are probably the worst, since if your sensed by one (which is at all times) there’s nothing you can do but try to escape the level.

Bone stealer is scary, but the deadliest and the scariest is I think partygoers.

The Purple Partygoer, (A.K.A Party Creators) are definitely the most dangerous backrooms entity, as they can track wanderers ANYWHERE and bring them to their own level (Which you cannot leave mind you) these deadly entities reside in Level Fun+. It is an entity that is like 3x the size of a regular partygoer and also runs 3x faster, guns don't work on them, their level is too small to hide but you can run! By the way this entity can enter and exit ANY level, even the inescapable ones Including..(The control room, Th3 Shad3y Gr3y, Etc.) These entities can also noclip to reality if they wanted to, but to a random place, they also can't spend too much time without being sent back to the backrooms. So if, and I mean if you were able to befriend one, you'd be very lucky. (Hope this helps!) (Put another entity into the "Reply" section of my comment and I will describe it)
