No the actual most dangerous level is level 78. Level 78 is described as a strange and warped grassy planet suspended in an endless expanse of blue skies. Level 78, in general, is sparsely populated by individual suburban buildings, structures, and strange mushroom-like entities. Unlike some Backrooms levels, Level 78 is not infinite. Instead, it stretches for a few miles onward before reaching the end. However, no wanderer has ever reached the end of Level 78 due to its psychological hazards that occur almost straight away after leaving the spawn area.

Individuals who find themselves in this level will first be greeted by a bright sun with a smiling emoji for a face. The spawn area of this level will feel strangely familiar and have a resemblance to the hilly grasslands used as wallpapers by many old Windows desktop computers. This area of Level 78 will be completely devoid of entities (besides the Smiling Sun), but will have an extremely isolating feeling that causes about 12% of Wanderers to begin running away in an attempt to avoid the piercing gaze of the ominous sun. When you leave the spawn section of the level, things will start to get even stranger.

Starting about 6 kilometers from spawn, houses will begin to appear that will feel disturbingly fake and artificial, and the "sun" will begin to randomly disappear and reappear in the sky, though Level 78 will remain brightly lit throughout these events. Entering these houses will reveal them to be completely barren, save for a few photographs scattered on the floor and pinned to the walls. All the photographs found in these houses will be infected with Photo-Ocular Syneresis.

After a further 6 miles, Wanderers will begin to approach the end of this level. This area is at first the same as the first two, but as you proceed you will realize that the ground here moves in an undulating and distorted pattern with every step you take, causing enormous tidal waves to ripple across the grasslands of Level 78. This can be incredibly frightening and disorienting, which causes most Wanderers who reach this point to turn back in terror. Additionally, it is here where Eyes begin to manifest 'naturally', and will pursue Wanderers who have somehow managed to hold on to their sanity this far into the Level.

Level ! Has an escape. You have to run 6 miles straight, and maintain your legs, Thankfully theirs random energy bars. And once you run the 6 miles and still have mental sanity, you escaped level ! (TW: you have a chance to go to !-! Which is like 100x dangerous)
