4:17 I LOVE THIS PART!!
It captures the essence of those weirdly disturbing children show scenes, specifically disney. Also the way she's narrrarating, is PERFECT. It's giving me the same vibe as the animation, weirdly disturbing for a children's show. Maybe like an Alice and Wonderland kinda feel!

Edit: Oh and it also reminds me of Grinch--!

That Grinch animation at 4:17 was honestly the perfect showcase of why you don't need mouths in your art. I mean, that was amazing! You can still show so much expression in a character even if you're missing a simple facial feature :))
