Most times this is something not letting the fluid go back into the resovoir. Pressure is only going one way. It is just one caliper or all?

The calipers look good. Did you rebuild them or just clean and paint? Is any of the brake system still old like the rubber hoses?
Are your parking brake drums still in there/ are they hooked up?

Sized caliper, I went on Amazon and baught a whole power stop cross drilled slotted, calipers ceramic pads for my 14 silverado for a stack.

Oils be multiple things seized slides, stuck master cylinder, lines, , who knows bleed the pressure see how much pressure if you got a lot then you know it’s not slides and it’s pressure related ie booster master

It’s some old car blues. They are cool but are old and need constant attention sometimes. It’s better that the brakes are stuck on instead of them not working and you back through your garage wall and into your house!

It's your brake booster I went thru the same issue changed master still did the same thing brakes locked up I had wrong brake booster on my malibu.

Open the bleeder screw if it releases it’s not caliper problem if it still stuck after opening it you got a bad caliper

Both front and rear I had same issues its not letting fluid back into reservoir rod to long in booster

Replace the rubber hose that goes to the caliper.
