He emphasized that the concept of liberty includes a woman's right to make decisions regarding her own body and reproductive health, which is fundamental to personal autonomy

Timing of Detection: The law's restriction, which prohibited abortions once cardiac activity is detected (typically around six weeks), was criticized for being implemented before many women even realize they are pregnant. This timing was a significant factor in the judge's decision, as it effectively limited women's options at a critical moment

Criminalization of Care: The judge also noted that the law criminalized essential healthcare services, which he deemed unconstitutional. He argued that such a law creates unnecessary barriers to accessing reproductive healthcare, infringing on the rights of individuals seeking these services.

What really gets me about these 6 week abortion bans throughout this country is that there are a lot of women and young ladies who do not know medically that they are pregnant at 6 weeks at all. For pregnancy medically affects every woman and young lady differently. For I have met women who did not test positive for pregnancy until they were 8 weeks along. And, one young woman that I knew did not know that she was pregnant until she was experiencing a miscarriage that was caused by the taking of antibiotics that she did not know would harm her pregnancy and the misscarriage happened at 3 months along in the pregnancy. I'm sorry I'm not sorry. I had the option to abort my child. I opted even during delivery, save our son not That was always the outcome!!!! There are Good God fearing people out there who will adopt closed adoption/ or open!!!! After hearing your child's heart beat & I get it!!! I do, I still feel the same way today!!! Murder is murder!!! Even if you don't know God, just call out to him!!! I do know women & young girls that regret getting an abortion!!! I don't judge them my heart does break for them & their reasoning why!!!! My heart also breaks for that unborn life!!!! They all say the same thing they regret it!!!
