I'm a relative newby on Mint and Bodhi, and I'm going to check this out, because as a casual user with a half-dozen old laptops, I may be just the target the designers had in mind. Please don't judge us normies, okay? I'm not as sharp as I was back when I taught myself Basic on an 386, but I still like to play. :)

IMHO are things like this that could become viral! And given the fact that: w11 cannot be installed everywhere, MS account mandatory, heavy system, etc ... if it will be possible to have a decent office suite running it could be an interesting alternative to windows after the death of w10

Not sure what everyone is horrified about. This will make Linux more accessible to those who won't consider anything different to the WIndows interface.

There is a lot of detailed work that has been done for this.
