I couldn’t help myself. I can spend $7 for 1 chai at Starbs or spend $8 on milk + chai mix and get 4-5 drinks out of it (plus usually a lot of leftover milk too.)

I doubt Starbucks would be very happy with you taking their ice for free. If they wanted to be pedantic about this you are actually stealing. This is like going into a store opening one of their ice cube bags and helping yourself. They charge for those bags. Imagine if only 10 people did this daily they’d be quickly out of ice and down in profit. If you are going to do this whilst you are out take a thermos flask with you and fill it with ice. I personally make my own cold coffee brew there are infinite recipes (simple to make) put it in an insulated cup and take it out with me. If I don’t drink it all it stays cold for hours.
