Save your papaya seeds! Papaya seeds are a great source of antioxidants, monounsaturated fats, and fiber. Zero waste!
They are also rich in vital nutrients that help in healing liver cirrhosis.
Papaya seeds have a peppery taste, so they are great in dressings and salads. You can eat them raw 1 tsp or dry them in the oven and use them in dressings or salads.
Papaya seed dressing
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp papaya seeds I used dried
1 medium orange bell pepper seedless or any color
