I'm a white guy. I grew up in a racist household. I made my own decision from a very young age that my parents were wrong. I put my foot down and let them know that if they wanted me to respect anything they had to say, the racism had to stop. Mostly did. But when I was 19 I was dating a mixed girl and mom got mad at me and called my girlfriend the n-word. Hard R. So I smashed her windshield with a brick and she has never said another racist comment since then. I am 32 now, and have a fairly decent relationship with my mom. She has changed alot. Most of my extended family are racist. I refuse to speak to any of them and I will not attend any family functions with any racist. I hate ignorant people that think all white people are racist and use the "race card" excessively. I always hysterically laugh in the face of anybody that implies I'm racist. Because they have no idea what I have done to keep racism out of my life. Thank you to anybody who read this and thank you to everybody who fights racism wherever/However they can.. Much love!
