Someone suggested lining my tin of paints with tin foil to make it easier to clean out. It works great, thanks for the suggestion! I also set up my acrylic painting palette with tin foil now too.

Another tip... When using tin foil, if you take a piece of foil and form it on the outside of the tin it molds to the exact shape and size needed. Then just pop inside of the container and you don't have to worry about it ripping when pressing into the corners. Hope this helps 😊

Try this to keep the paints fresh longer. Get some of the sponges and pallet papers for the Masterson Sta-wet pallets. Cut the sponges and pallet papers to fit the tins. Moisten the sponge and dampen the paper. Lay the sponge down first, then the pallet paper with the shiny side up, and put the paints on top of that. Closing the lid will keep them moist for a few days. The trick is keeping the sponge wet but not soaking so you can extend the life by misting when needed or using an eye dropper to add water to the sponge. Hope that helps!

If you put just a drop of water in before you put the foil on, it helps the whole bottom stick flush to its surface without it teetering pressing the other side down 😇
