I love all types of games (except 3rd person shooters, they're my exception that proves my point I guess) D&D, Warhammer, Inquisitor, WH40k, ops and tactics etc.
All games are good games.

Don't hold your breath - Mike and Jerry, "Gabe" and "tycho" talked about this in the media-only Q&A (which is on my channel) and they're settled and happy in Melbourne for the forceable future (and would have likely signed a multi year deal with the tourism agencies etc. that courted them to that city instead of Sydney or Brisbane etc in the first place).

Tabletop games require social skills. You have face a person across the table, and be able to take losing or winning a game gracefully to have friends.

Gameworkshop has a lord of the rings range for those who cant grasp the more in-depth warhammer and warhammer 40k. the only issue with it when in come to accessibility is the size of many of the models, for a new person to the hobby having to paint models that are about half the size of a space marine can be an issue. Ofc the quality of the painting shouldn't matter if your there just to play.

This is the most basic form of an RPG video game, so designing and playing this kind of stuff is good for budding (and veteran, or any, really) game developers!

I don't see what people are complaining about when it's in Melbourne and how it's so far away from Sydney etc when I'm in Perth on the other side of Australia and I can't go to any of these :)
