A few years ago i met this guy that's literally the definition of a nerd. He was using "umm actually" unironically, he's proud when he informed teachers of homeworks, and he spoke with a really "formal" accent (that's what he called it). I didn't talk to him much but sometimes I would hear him talking about school subjects to himself.

He wore this big, brown glasses and a tie every time, and of course he told me that a lot of his classmates "feared" or "respected" him for his intelligence (I'm damn sure people just found him annoying and didn't talk to him).

But one thing is, he's not good at physics and he didn't want to admit it. He always complained loudly to the whole class about how he failed his physics exams and how the teachers are actually in the wrong blah blah blah..

Last time i met him it was the end of the year. I heard someone crying crying and eventually i found him sitting down alone in a corner, i think he failed one of the final exams or something and he wanted to hide. "I SWEAR THERE ARE TRICK QUESTIONS!" he shouted loudly at me when I saw him crying. I just looked at him and told him that the exam was hard for everyone, and i said that no one else passed the exam to comfort him and make him stop crying.

In reality, i couldn't believe that a guy like him managed to answer a lot of the questions correctly. He only failed because of the 2 last questions. "Calculate the amount of times that i am going to hit your ribcage with a sledgehammer!" Which is "4³", and "With the clues given, calculate the correct coordinates of your whereabouts right now!" which is "43.3068° N, 0.7668° W"0". He was so close. I wonder where he is right now. I hope he's okay.
