I want to see you apply a little pressure and test its strength . I can use other JB Weld products but not clearweld. With aluminum I scuff up both parts, cleaning with rubbing alcohol. I apply equal parts at room temperature ad stir and stir and stir. I then clamp the two pieces of aluminum together. I come back the next day and I apply moderate pressure and the two pieces snap apart. The grayish JB Weld works for me. I even repaired a broken oil cooler mount on a vintage airplane in the late 1990s and it is still flying today being exposed to the vibration of the engine.

used it today 7/26/21, cracked car fender about 12" in length, dried it about 5min (clear/shiny) easy to use, hope it doesnt dry up in tube, did pull plunger back somewhat. Have used other JB Weld glues, all work well

I have the bottles. If I go one to one it's still tacky the next day. I'm trying to figure out if I need to use more hardener or less hardener I keep experimenting can't sing figure it out. Other than that works great

I am about to try JB Weld clear to repair a refrigerator shelf and drawer. Praying it works. The replacement is 300.00. (Ouch) If I remember to find this again I'll let you know how it goes.

Thank you for the video. I wonder Gorilla Glue can be used for that. It seems like the glue could work with less steps for this application anyway.

I used it to set a small piece of jewelry into but it ended up with small bubbles in it, I mixed the epoxy in a small cup (instead of a flat sheet )which introduced air into it, I think that’s what happened?

With it being clear, how can you tell when it is completly mixed? With the regular tubes being diffent colors it is EASY to tell !

I bought ClearWeld product no 50114H. It has black syringes and a black after-use cap. How do I correctly snap off the other clear-colored cap on the bottom of the syringe, before attaching the mixing funnel tube? Thanks.

Is this glue clear enough that I can fill a small crack on a headlight?

I messed it up. It became as hard as plastic and started burning the bowl I had it in. So now I’m here to learn more 🤦🏽‍♀️

I mix all epoxy with a little toothpick or small stirrer . You don't have to worry about air bubbles unless that is critical for appearance. Spreading it and mixing like bondo is too time consuming and you only have so much time before it sets. I want to know how it holds up gluing chipped deck wood and filling cracks in wood decking. I want to buy the larger tubes of 4 oz.
