great video man ! for your next mobility video can you make one about mobility drills to decrease the wear and tear that low bar squats have on your shoulders /hips and arms ?

Low bar is so uncomfortable for me and never give them a chance due to that.

Yo Brendan, love your channel and I'd literally lose my shit if I ever got the chance to train with you. I have a question regarding the programming video you just did. For the AMRAP set in the intensity block, would you choose 1 weight throughout the whole block or would the weight be the same as the main work for the week. Idk if that makes sense. Thanks in advance for answering.

What do you think of John haack squat? I think he is mid bar and I nvr see him getting out the hole like u mentioned, even during his heaviest lift, any comment on how he can get through that ?

So for sports athletes, or just your average person trying to become stronger, which squat do you recommend? I'm not a powerlifter, I do some olympic weightlifting movements for explosiveness, so I've always squat in a high bar stance. But I'm 6'4 with long femurs and my knees take a beating lol.

where is the mobility video that you would recommend for leg day and one for upper body as well

I'm super new to powerlifting (first meet in November). I've only tried low bar squats a few times. I have a lot of lower back issues and I just get a little scared in that position. Is it any less safe for my lower back than high bar squatting?

Hey I have a question,  would you have any idea why on squats, my feet stance is pretty wide and my toes are pointed pretty far out and my knees are really out too? when you look at me from the back, you can litterally see my legs forming a 90degree angle when I go down. I tried pointing my feet more inward or have a closer feet stance but I dont feel stable at all and my upper body is falling forward even when I try doing it without any weights.btw I dont have any problem doing regular barbell lunges. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think I have a thoracic spine mobility problem since I have never really had any problems overhead pressing or benching. Also, I feel really weak and unstable while doing conventionnal deadlifts, thats why i always do them sumo stance with toes pointing out. Same thing for barbell rows. I used to think it was because I don't have the most flexible hamstrings but lots of people are like that too and I just don't think it would affect that much. Soryy for the long post I wanted to give you as much info I can so you have something to work with, thanks alot.
