Does anyone know if my computer can perform keyboard commands while offline? What I mean is commands such as “press W key” for forward movement, and “click” so I can click in a certain spot on the screen. Wondering if I can make some kind of a command executor for this.

When I do it, there is no command prompt button. Right above "Task Manager" is "Computer Management".

Why do everyone go to the menu, I got win 10 Home edition and I do not see a command prompt little less a command prompt (admin) which is the one I need, why can't you show us how to access any of them without the need of the menu which is the easiest way however my menu does not have any of those options at all whatsoever. . I need to access the command prompt as administrator because I need to get the CD/ DVD ROM installed being recognized which is not at all, unless I type some code to get it being seen by the computer.

Can you tell me how to access the command prompt as administrator IF it's not int he menu you just showed that will greatly help thanks.
