You know with my first or even first three kids i was hearing i was going to have twins bt i end up having one and all three pregnancy i only had one well so ive heard with my second and third child i had that bad feel bad so bad i thought i was going to die all my hear fall out oh thank God im alive and well though

My OBGYN performed transvaginal ultrasound when I was 4 -5 weeks pregnant due to spotting. My pregnancy is healthy. He said he saw two sacs in one gestational sac and he said he can't see it clearly because it was early. He didn't say what does that mean. Later I started to think it might be twins due to my over exhaustions and frequent urination. Pregnancy symptoms comes a bit early this time.

Two days after my period i have felt some signs and symptoms. I thought it was just a late symptoms from my previous period because my next period would be in three weeks. So i started thinking i might be pregnant. 2 days after my last period, i started feeling…
• Cramps (like something is pulling it inside)
• Vomiting feeling
• i peed a lot (mostly evening)
• Cravings (i’m all about diet and workout, i hated fried food and bread, but i started craving them)
• bloated
• fatigue (from time to time, all of the sudden)
• i started feeling sleepy more often
• My breast became tender and hard and painful and feeling full (started two weeks before my next period)
• Thick white discharge (5 days before period)
• Brownish jelly discharge (just yesterday)

The cramps, vomit feeling and bloat was there from the 2nd day after my last period until today. And the other symptoms comes back from time to time. My breast was tender 2 weeks before my next period and my husband noticed them that they have became harder and bigger. And they were painful when pressed. So when i had this my husband asked me to take a pregnancy test, 14 days after my last period and it was negative. So we didn’t think much of it. But then i had this brownish jelly discharge yesterday. So i got worried what was the symptoms and painful feelings that i just had for the whole month if i still get my period this week? It scared me because i just had a red discharge tonight. So we thought that i’m not really pregnant, i may just had started my period tonight. My question is, if i had those painful scary early feelings and symptoms, what caused them if i am not pregnant? Any ideas will help me, i’m getting a check-up this friday.
