Knife Modeling - Plasticity in English

How's the cleanup in blender? Is this software viable for creating actual model you can use later?

Very cool. Could you show the cleaning in Blender too? Or the painting in Substance maybe? I heard that the Models always look clean until you export it into Blender or Substance.
