When reheating foods in a microwave, Same way cover it with wet paper towel as well then the plastic cover so the foods will not dry…

Protip reheating rice as well, wet a paper towel, place over your rice dish, no worries if they're are meat or other vegetables, and just hear as normal and this will ensure it's not dried out. Learned how to save my rice by my friends Cuban grandmother. Also learned from her not to put too much water in. Rinse rice first, and add the same amount as you did water FTMP. YES sometimes you add a few extra tablespoons and a bit of oil depending on how you want it to turn out. but overall same amount of rice and water.
