My daughter's had pet rabbits one of them had 3 lumps on its neck behind the head where it is impossible for them to turn My daughter showed me a slug like critter that would pop out of the lump's She called the vet and he said it was bot flies I got a magnifying glass and tweezers and pulled them out when they popped up and put neosporin on the holes My daughter told the vet what I had done and he asked what college I attended She told him I had grown up on a dairy farm and her grandpa showed me all kinds of trucks matter of fact the local vet when I grew up used to call for advice once in awhile

Tarantula hawk wasps are scary and beautiful and they were the main inspiration for Joshua Sawyer to come up with the idea of the flying monstrosities named Cazadors in the Fallout : New Vegas game 💥

I always felt that being an insect must be a living nightmare... You will almost always be eaten by something else, and often eaten alive!
Thx for this vid! I will never ever travel again xD

Can you but imagine if all the insects in the world decided to turn their full force against people? That would be one of the most horrible things that I can imagine. I'm not crazy about insects, I just keep trying to educate myself about them and hope that will change my fear and dislike of them a little. I must say though, that I do love butterflies, moths, and ladybugs.

We have fire aunts here in New Orleans . When it floods here, they float like in a ball, stay away from them when they're in water, you can't get them off you

Why anyone would want to try and handle some of these creatures is beyond me.

Ive seen a tarantula wasp and they are huge - but he left out another dangerous insect - the Cow Killer Ant, tho called an ant they are really a type of bee that when the female starts laying her eggs she sheds her wings and burrows into the sand soil and after putting several stunned insects in the burrow she lays an egg than seals the hole and digs another hole - she repeats this till she dies - her sting can kill a grown cow or severally harm a human

This is why you don't mess with God's creatures. Now how many people will die from this genetic misfit. What I'll effect will it have on our current honeybee strain in the US.

Well, I may stand in shame for saying what I said in my other two comments, but it feels like one of them stupid Mandela things to me. I distinctly remember a thing about velvet ants and how they were actually wingless wasps and whatever I read or viewed compared the two with sting verses bites? Anyway, instead of deleting my other comments I will just leave them and maybe they will generate more comments on this video, but I apologize.
