For those who dont know, these are what developers use to make games for a specific console. Its essentially just xbox hardware in a different casing but it comes with extra features to aid in game development and testing.

I used to game test, and had one of those for work. They are pretty cool. Some crazy tools, like purposely simulating a bad/slow connection.

Fun fact. Many gaming tournaments involving the Xbox Series X's used development kits, because many e-sports leagues couldn't get their hands on a Series X. So there's quite a few development kits roaming around that are fully usable

I'm a gamedev for consoles, I have one of those next to me right now .. it's literally just an xbox with some ram and a few debugging conveniences. (some very neat, like dual network so you can pull your internet cord and still have debugging info through the other port, also can run unsigned code in certain modes ..)

The Xbox Development Kit is a software development kit created by Microsoft used to write software for the Xbox gaming system. The XDK includes libraries, a compiler, and various tools used to create software for the Xbox. The XDK has the option to integrate itself into Microsoft Visual Studio.
It's from 2002 and 2003 is only four the Xbox 360 not the Xbox One
