With increase in network users in an organization its crucial to plan for wireless users thus the need for WLAN. This lab provides a guide on WLAN configuration for STAs to access the network. After connecting to the WLAN network the STA connected to the AP can communicate with the gateway (firewall). The AP and AC reside in the same network segment. The AP directly registers with the AC at Layer 2 and forwards traffic from the STA through the AC. The AC functions as the DHCP server for the AP and STA.
